The RC Lens striker has found common ground with RB Leipzig, and could quickly leave the Sang et Or.
RC Lens is about to lose one of its major players, and Ligue 1 at the same time. Despite the qualification of his team for the next Champions League, Loïs Openda could indeed leave the Sang et Or, since the Belgian has already agreed with another club.
According to a German Sky reporter, Openda have found common ground with Leipzig on a five-year contract. It now remains for the RBL to convince Lens to sell their striker, and the German club would like not to pay more than 30 million euros for this transfer. Openda could be Christopher Nkunku’s successor in the Leipzig attack.

Arrived from Vitesse Arnhem at the start of last season, Openda scored 21 goals in Ligue 1 in 38 days. He also has a good rating in Italy, where AC Milan would be particularly interested in him. His departure would be a real blow for RC Lens.
