Tsitsipas’ parents are infamous for having peculiar behaviors during their son’s matches. The father, named Apostolos, trained Stefanos from an early age. As for the mother, this is a former Soviet tennis player, who later became a naturalized Greek. In 1990, she had achieved her highest ranking when she reached No. 194 in the WTA.
