And under the Catalan sun, it was Barça who got the better of Atlético Madrid, with a short but precious 1-0 victory. Defeated for the first time in La Liga since January 8 and a setback against… Barça, Atlético Madrid remains stuck in third place in the standings. Diego Simeone’s players are five points behind second-placed Real Madrid and six points ahead of fourth-placed Real Sociedad.
