League Cup: Manchester United takes an option on the final

Manchester United clearly dominated Nottingham on Wednesday evening in the semi-final first leg of the English League Cup.

Thanks to Rashford (6^e), Weghorst (45^e) and Fernandes (89^e), the Mancunians won 0-3 on the lawn of Forest.

The return match is scheduled for 1^is next February. The other half saw Newcastle take over Southampton on Tuesday night away (0-1).
