Gareth Bale chose where he was going to prepare for the next World Cup. Welsh striker who managed to take his selection to the World Cup for the first time since 1958will join Major League Soccer.
It is the official MLS website which reports that Bale, at the end of the contract with the Real Madrid, is in the process of finalizing a contract with Los Angeles FC. It would not be a question of money, since the former Tottenham player would not become one of the “designated players” to which the American franchises are entitled, which allows them to offer contracts that do not fit taken into account in the calculation of the salary-cap, the salary ceiling.
Bale would sign a one-year contract with the Californian club, current leaders of the Western Conference, and led by Carlos Vela, the Mexican international. LAFC recently signed another big name in European football, Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini.
