West Ham leader held in check

After two convincing victories, West Ham stalled this Saturday as part of the 3rd round of the Premier League.

The Hammers shared the points with Crystal Palace (2-2), and thus let Everton join them at the top of the championship, the Liverpool Blues at the same time having disposed of Brighton (0-2).

Leicester, with six units on the clock, climbed to the eighth level after its success of the day on Norwich (1-2).

Draws also between Aston Villa and Brentford (1-1) and between Newcastle and Southampton (2-2), the Magpies winning their first point of the season.
