West Ham won on Burnley’s field on Monday as part of the 34th Premier League lift (1-2).
Thanks to a double from Antonio (21e, 29e), the Hammers overthrew their hosts, who had gained the upper hand on a penalty from Wood (19e), and thus restarted the machine after two losses in the league.
Here they are back to the fifth level, ahead of Tottenham, three lengths from Chelsea and a fourth place synonymous with the Champions League.
Note earlier in the evening the draw between West Brom and Wolverhampton (1-1) – a result which almost condemns WBA to relegation.
