No surprise in the eleven of Pep Guardiola for the semi-final first leg between PSG and Manchester City.
After returning to competition on Sunday in the EFL Cup final against Tottenham, Kevin De Bruyne holds well with Manchester City to challenge PSG, this Wednesday (9 p.m.), in the semi-final first leg of the Champions League, at the Parc des Princes.
The Belgian playmaker is accompanied by Ilkay Gündogan in the midfield and will evolve in support of Bernardo Silva, probably placed at the forefront, while Riyad Mahrez and Phil Foden will be the wingers of the device of Pep Guardiola. Raheem Sterling started well on the sidelines alongside Gabriel Jesus, Sergio Agüero or Ferran Torres.
Laporte and Mendy on the bench
Behind, Kyle Walker, John Stones and Ruben Dias are loyal to the post, as Joao Cancelo should play his usual left-back role in the defensive phase / central midfielder alongside Rodri in the offensive phase. Without surprise, Aymeric Laporte and Benjamin mendy are not incumbents.
The starting eleven: Ederson – Walker, Dias, Stones, Cancelo – Rodrigo, Gundogan – Mahrez, De Bruyne, Foden – Bernardo.
